Terms of Service
Effective July 8, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Provendry (the "Service"), a product of Roxstar Labs ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members' use of the Service. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
2. Subscriptions and trials
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise) through our payment processor, Stripe. New organizations may receive a free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and the applicable fee will be charged. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
3. Per-location pricing
Pricing is based on the number of active store locations in your organization. Users are unlimited. As you add or remove active locations, your subscription quantity is adjusted accordingly, and mid-cycle changes are prorated. Current pricing is shown on our site and may be updated with notice.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your data
As between you and us, your organization owns the data it enters. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you submit.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to breach security or tenant isolation, reverse-engineer the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. AI features
The Service includes optional AI-assisted features. AI output may contain errors and is provided to assist, not replace, your professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing AI- generated content — including anything used for labels, feeding directions, or regulatory compliance — before relying on it.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Provendry is a tool for managing feed operations and does not provide veterinary, nutritional, or legal advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roxstar Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue features and may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
